2. Purchasing Terms
2.1 By making a purchase, you agree that you are at least 18 years old or, if you are under the age of 18 then you must have a parent/guardian place the order on your behalf. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
2.2 We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
2.3 By making a purchase you are entering a contract whereby the completion of said contract will be the “fulfilment of your order”. Said fulfilment shall be completed only upon postal dispatch or collection of that order and not before. During this contract, you understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted when transferred over networks.
2.4 In the unlikely event that the purchased goods are no longer available or a pricing error has occurred, Crusader Games reserves the right to cancel your order and refund in full, per terms of 2.2.
2.5 We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. Colours and photos may vary from actual purchased goods, example: manufacturer has changed a products box art or, when purchasing goods that are colour sensitive, you personal computer’s monitor may inaccurately portray the advertised colour swatch. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
2.6 We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to any and all monitor changes. We pride ourselves, however, in keeping information as up to date as possible.
2.7 All parts of your purchasing contract is covered by English law.
2.8 By placing an order with us, you agree to and accept these terms as well as our privacy policy and the terms of website use.
3. Placing an Order
3.1 Our website is the best option to place an order. With an account, this will allow you to keep track of order history and status. If you prefer to order by telephone you can do so by calling 01278 767333 during open hours.
3.2 All carriage charges will be stated (and selected) prior to placing an order.
3.3 The buyer will be required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering.
3.4 Crusader Games uses secure payment systems for online, in-store and over the phone purchases. All major debit and credit cards are accepted, with the sole exception of American Express.
3.5 Any promotional prices only apply during the offer period stated.
3.6 All prices on this website are in UK pounds and include Value Added Tax at the current rate.
3.7 Once an order has been confirmed, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges or delays.
3.8 Once an order is considered complete (see terms 2.3) you will be notified of the order’s dispatch via email.
4. Delivery & Carriage Charges
4.1 Goods are typically processed and dispatched within 1 working day. Actual times may vary for any reason.
4.2 Crusader Games cannot, and does not, have any control over third-party shipping providers. Once an order is marked completed (per terms 2.3), it is no longer under our jurisdiction and is subject to said shipping provider’s processing times.
4.3 We reserve the right to dispatch orders in multiple packages.
4.4 All orders must be accepted by a age-appropriate recipient at the destination provided on the order. We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage on behalf of instructions provided to the shipping provider.
4.5 Any additional charges levied against an order by a shipping provider in the event of an address change (or similar), said charges will be passed onto the purchaser (you) in full.
4.6 Any goods found to be missing or damaged should be notified to the delivery driver at the time of delivery and/or Crusader Games within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to report any issues within this time will forfeit your opportunity to an investigation and any potential refund.
4.7 Free Royal Mail 48 delivery is available on orders where the sum-total of a single order is more than £75 (after any promotions have been applied). This offer only applies to UK residents and excludes orders containing pressurised aerosols.
5. Cancellation and returns
5.1 Our policy allows you to return a complete or part order within 14-days of delivery for a full refund. Beyond this stated time we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, fully sealed. If the product has been opened we reserve the right to deny refunds or exchanges.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify of it’s arrival.
Refunds (if applicable)
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and credit will be applied to the original payment method within 5 working days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are found to be defective or damaged. We may require evidence (pictures) of this before a return is arranged. If your return is approved, the replacement item (or replacement part) will be sent out as soon as we have it in stock from the manufacturer(s).
Shipping
To return your product, you should post your product to: Crusader Games, 5 Regent Street, Burnham-on-Sea, Somerset, TA8 1AX – unless otherwise stated.
Unless the item is faulty or damaged, you will be responsible for paying for shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item of value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee to receive your returned item.
It is also your responsibility to use the appropriate packaging to ensure the goods returned to us are received without damage. Any goods received damaged as a result of poor re-packaging will be subject to either restocking fees or, in the worst cases, a refund denial.
6. Faulty Goods / Guarantee
6.1 If there is a problem with the goods, please notify us by email or in writing providing details of the problem. It’s helpful if you can provide us with a digital photograph of the problem as this normally saves you having to return the goods for inspection. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
6.2 All goods are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty against faulty workmanship and materials, subject to the terms and conditions of that warranty.
6.3 The manufacturer’s warranty is provided in addition to the rights that the law says you have as a consumer and accordingly, your statutory rights are not affected.
6.4 If an exchange is necessary, this will be arranged without unreasonable delay and without charge. Replacement goods will not be dispatched until the original goods have been received at our warehouse and checked.
The cost of returning goods to us is your responsibility, however, on inspection we will refund your reasonable postage costs, providing that the goods are found to be faulty. If the goods are not faulty, we will return them to you, however, you will be required to cover our reasonable postage costs.

7.1 The products sold on this website have been designed to comply with all relevant UK legislation. We cannot warrant or represent that they comply with any legal requirement outside the UK.
