We pride ourselves in getting orders out quickly and on-time. If you are using our free delivery service and order before 3pm on a weekday, expect 1-2 working days to receive your order. If ordering on a Thursday or Friday, we cannot guarantee a weekend delivery. It goes without saying to always have someone available to to receive the order and avoid disappointment.
We do, yes! These gift cards are available in-store and on the website. These are reloadable cards too, so please keep hold of it to use again in the future.
Important: our gift cards can only be redeemed in-person or over the phone.
We will soon be launching our loyalty points program. Please keep an eye out for announcements.
In the top right there is a link for “My Account“. Click on this and choose Register to get setup with an online account.
This is done inside of your Account, accessed via the button on the top right of any page. Once logged in, you will find you can edit your details, including shipping and billing addresses.
If you have already ordered and need to change the shipping address, please call us via the number found on the Contact Us page as soon as possible.
Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
We offer a range of delivery options, from our free delivery for orders over £75 to a Next Day courier service.
You absolutely can. All you need to do is select “Collect in-store” during the checkout process.
Currently, we only ship to UK addresses. This will change as we grow and expand so please check back in with us when you can.
We aim to ship that way, but sometimes it might be necessary to ship an order in more than one package.
Definitely! We are still growing, so we might not have everything you need just yet. If you want something we don’t yet have, just leet us know!

Returns and Exchanges
If you’ve simply changed your mind, we offer a no fuss, 14-day return policy for all unopened items that are in the same condition as it was received. If the seal has been broken, we reserve the right to charge a restock fee. Items that are returned to us in a non-saleable state may have the return denied.
If there are any issues with your items, please let us know by calling or emailing and we will get it sorted for you immediately.

Firstly, we’re very sorry for the inconvenience. It’s rare for us to get something wrong, but sometimes things happen.
Please give us a call or email us (details on the contact us page) and we will get the issue sorted right away.
Deliveries are out of hands and sometimes things go wrong. Just give us a quick call or email and we will make everything right for you though.

Get in touch with us straight away either by phone or by emailing. If your item hasn’t shipped yet, we can change it for you.
So long as your order hasn’t already shipped, you can still cancel at any time. Please drop us a message via email or give us a call during business hours to get that done.
If an item says “Sold Out” that means we can no longer order it in. Any items that can be backordered will say as so, and those can be ordered as usual. Please note the estimated ship dates on the product page for more information.
